Having minimal routines is great when you’re a student or once you retire, but if you have a busy life it’s a luxury you can’t afford.
The more routine you build into your life, the less effort it will take to keep things on track.

It is a new week, we can make a concrete plans of what we want to achieve this week by breaking it down into a routine; things you will always do in a particular time of the day during the week. It works! Try it and let’s share our result at the end of the week.
