The body language of Dr. Okezie Victor Ikpeazu, the common governor of Abia State has made the different road contractors in State, especially those working in Aba to start swimming against the tides and manoeuvring over the rains; they are using surface water pump to be sucking out water even in the rains to ensure the roads construction are completed.
If the contractors do not do that, according to those that reads and understand body language, Dr. OKEZIE will come after them like a road Marshall goes after defaulters.
This is the real body language that is efficient, effective, productive and progressive.
